      1. Unsealed or used contact lenses and products with opened packages (all products need to be in their original condition and packing).                          
      2. Prescription glasses with lens thickness 1.60 and higher as these are too customized to be returned.                              
      3. Prescription glasses with progressive / indexed lenses as these are too customized to be returned.                                
                                               
Q: How do I return an item?                                          
 A: For customers in Malaysia, we can collect your product from your doorstep. All you need to do is send us an email / call us sharing the reason for return along with your                      
     product and order details.                                          
    If you do not like the item you received, let us know and we will do our best to find a suitable replacement for you. Our Customer Service will be happy to help you place the                       
    order for your replacement item. Send us the product in its original condition and packing with the invoice. Slip in a note stating the reason for your return, and whether you

A: We sell single vision lenses. We sell them in different index: 1.5 index, 1.59 index, 1.67 index and 1.74 index & 1.76 index. The thinner and lighter the lens, the better it looks                       
     and feels – because no-one likes having bulky lenses in their eyes! This is more relevant for those that need stronger prescriptions (+/- 6 and above). In case you're                        
     wondering (and we know you are) what the differences between the lenses are, we quickly explain below:                              
     Single lenses: These are the standard lenses you require for near- or farsightedness                                  
     Bifocal lenses: Traditional type of lens where the lens is divided into two distinct sections (lower part for near and upper part for distance). This is required for presbyopia (a                         
     combination of near- and farsightedness usually developing for people above the age of 40).                                
     Multifocal/varifocal/progressive lenses: Lenses that also correct presbyopia, however are focussed on optimising the seamless vision flow from near to distance focus, i.e.                           
     from bottom to top of the lens.

     Anti-reflective coating: Helps reducing reflection on the surface of the lenses and makes the eyes of the wearer more visible. The coating is also the best solution for                        
     computer usage and night driving.                                          
     Scratch-resistant coating: True to its name, this coating helps make the lenses scratch-free. Most suitable for lenses in prescription glasses and particularly in children's                      
     glasses                                              
     Easy clean: Thanks to its extremely smooth surface, the easy clean-coated lens can be cleaned much more easily and provides the wearer with the best possible vision                        
     whatever the condition is.                                          
     Lotus effect: The lotus effect lens coating makes lenses antistatic and hydrophobic; a finish that is similar to what you might have seen in everyday life with auto paints or                      
     other smooth surfaces.                                          
     Photochromic/transition lenses: Photochromic/transition lenses have a compound that becomes dark when exposed to light and made clear again by removing light. While                      
     indoors, the lens tint will lighten and allow as much light in as possible. This lets you wear sunglasses indoors and still see normally.                          
    Tinted lenses: Tinting is applied to both sides of the lens for the look of sunglasses without the polarization effect. Tinted lenses should be used in conjunction with an

      are recommended for children's eyeglasses and sporting activities. Lenses are usually recommended for prescriptions ranging from 0.00 to +/-4.00.

Q: What does Bifocal and Multifocal lens mean?                                        
 A: Both lenses are used for prebyopia, a condition that comes with age. Bifocal lens is the original technology where the near and far sections are distinctly divided in the lens                      
     area so there visible circular line between the sections. Multifocal lens serve the same function but does so more gradually through the lens. The latest technology is called                      
     progressive lens which is one smooth lens that progressively covers the entire lens.

 A: Transition lenses are basically the ultimate version of photochromic lenses. They have similar functions (changes colour based on lighting) but are much better in terms of
